		<description>Is it a coincidence in Singapore that many office bearers of a particular background are always tasked with looking after the piggy banks.

Previously we have one CEO in charge of NKF.
Then we have a President in charge of the key to our reserves.
Next we have one for a Finance Minister.

I just wonder whether is it that they can easily be manipulated by those in power.</description>
